| Description | Human cancer's are associated with genetic instability.To access the genetic instability caused by the factors released by the breast cancer tissue,normal individuals leukocytes were treated for different time points with the serum isolated from cancer patient to check for genotoxic effect.There was an increased DNA damage in the leukocytes . It was evualuated by comet assay.This is a preliminary study carried out to check for the genotoxic effect of cancer patient's serum. | ||
