Team Member Insurance	Any Graduate with 9 months to 2 years of experience in BPO Domain Post Graduates are NOT eligible for applying	Ø Excellent  communication skills Ø Experience in BPO Domain Ø Knowledge of Insurance will be preferred Ø Should have completed 15 years of regular education Ø Should NOT have more than 2 years of gap in academics/career Ø Should not have attended any TCS  interview in last 6 months Ø Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts (US hours)

Selection Procedure:

• Written aptitude test
• HR Interview
• Operations/ Technical Interview
• Management Review

PS: Each round is an elimination round
