Few key points:
· Desired resource must have good communication skills
· Willing to work for US shift (4.30 PM to 1.30 AM)
· Resources will have to sign a service agreement for 2 years
· Open for lead generation, cold calling
Selection process (each round is reliant on how well they’ve performed in the previous round/s):
· GD / Extempore
· 1st round of interview
· 2nd round of interview
· HR round
