Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Technology Design and Delivery:
o Assist with key design and technical implementation tasks in key areas of the BPMS Utility build-out:
Weblogic and Platform engineering, including clustering and high performance architecture
Oracle BPMS and SOA Suite Product Installation
Oracle Product Tuning and Maintenance
Deployment Automation
Load/Stress and Non-Functional Testing
Create support utilities and helper applications
• Systems and Software Support
o Provide guidance on BPM application development and implementation best practices, solution design and architecture.
o Develop platform deployment and rollout plans as needed in partnership with project management
o Assist in technical backlog prioritization, planning and communication
o Build repeatable, documented deployment and support processes for platform technologies
o Assist with platform support and incident management activities
o Partnership with external clients
Serve as systems and software consultant for client implementations to promote effective utilization of the platform
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience:
5+yrs of Exp in IT related field.
Skills Required:
• Development in Oracle SOA Suite 10G or above on Business Process Development (BPEL, BPMN). Involvement in the administrative tasks of the SOA platform .
. Any work experience on Java/J2EE technologies or other application development programming technologies considered as a plus point
. Experience on various aspects of SOA from conceptualisation, desgin and implementation.
. Good work experience on Database concepts and SQL.
• Experience in unix and shell scripting
• An server side administration skill considered as a plus point.
Candidates should possess:
• 5+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of BPMN/BPEL based development on SOA platforms
• 3+ years working with large relational database such as Oracle / SQL Server
• Proficient in XML and related technologies
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills
Candidates should also possess:
• An established track record for creating clear and concise technical designs for medium to large scale problems.
• A history of meeting aggressive deadlines in uncertain environments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
